San Isidro Murals: Music and Urban Art in Orihuela

The Department of Culture presents a new edition of the festival that will fill the San Isidro neighborhood with concerts on May 22, 23, and 24.

The Department of Culture of the Orihuela City Council presents a new edition of ‘San Isidro Murals’, which will take place on May 22, 23, and 24 in this emblematic neighborhood.

The San Isidro neighborhood, known for its close ties to muralism, creativity, and the cultural memory of Orihuela, will be the setting for a new edition of ‘San Isidro Murals’. The event, organized by the Department of Culture, will feature live music throughout the weekend, offering a varied program with reference groups and emerging artists.
The Councilor for Culture, Anabel García, highlighted that “San Isidro Murals is an event that unites identity, art, and music, valuing a unique space in Orihuela and bringing culture to the streets”. She also emphasized the department's commitment to “an open, participatory cultural program designed for all audiences”.
The program will begin on Friday, May 22 at 10:00 PM with a performance by El Duende Callejero. On Saturday, May 23, starting at 7:00 PM, the public can enjoy concerts by Los Trompas de Elefante, Las Hienas, and Glaziar. The closing will take place on Sunday, May 24 at 12:00 PM with a performance by Instinto Primate.
