This training program, known as FDIGIT, is funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds, as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The main objective is to enhance participants' technological skills and facilitate their integration into an increasingly digitalized labor market.
A total of sixty people, both employed and unemployed from the region, will participate in these training activities. The courses, lasting 40 hours, are taught in small groups of 12 participants, allowing for more practical and personalized learning.
The subjects covered are adapted to different levels and professional profiles, addressing key digital competencies such as office automation, online reputation management, social media marketing, web 2.0 tools, and computerized purchasing management, among other relevant aspects for the current context.
“"This program responds to new digital challenges and offers a real opportunity for the population to acquire these types of skills, which today are key to accessing the labor market and navigating daily life."
The initiative underscores the Consortium's commitment to the digital transformation of the territory and increasing competitiveness, aiming to contribute to the economic and social development of the Vega Baja del Segura.
