The city of Vinaròs has launched the 18th Langoustine Cuisine Festival, a tourism and gastronomic initiative aimed at promoting local produce and the skills of restaurant professionals.

The Department of Tourism, in collaboration with Saborea Vinaròs, has organized this latest edition, which has become a notable event on the gastronomic calendar. The Councilor for Tourism, Mercedes García, emphasized the commitment to innovation and differentiation to strengthen Vinaròs's position as a key destination for Mediterranean culture and gastronomy.
A total of nine dining establishments are taking part in the festival, presenting unique menus that feature special recipes beyond their regular offerings, with langoustine as the star ingredient. The participating restaurants include Rafel lo Cristalero, Nou Parada, La Puerta Azul, La Carabassa, Bergantín, La Isla, Nou GastroBar, Nadiu, and Hotel Restaurante Teruel.
Each restaurant will offer complete menus, with prices ranging from 25 to 65 euros, including starters, a choice of main course, and dessert. Wine cellar selections are not included in the menu price. Additionally, four establishments will also provide an executive menu option.
As an added incentive, diners participating in the festival can enter a draw to win two meals or dinners for two people at one of the participating restaurants.
