The days, held from March 9 to 29 in various establishments in the city, offered special menus where citrus fruits were the main protagonists. This initiative allowed diners to discover new flavor combinations and reinterpretations of traditional cuisine, while also supporting the local agricultural and hospitality sectors.
The draw, in which numerous residents and visitors participated, is part of the actions promoted by the Vinaròs City Council to boost hospitality and promote gastronomic tourism in the town. The awarded menus can be enjoyed at the establishments adhering to the days.
