The event, open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM both today, Saturday, and tomorrow, Sunday, brings together various local restaurateurs and producers. The main goal is to highlight the Vinaròs prawn, which becomes the undisputed star of the culinary offerings available at the stalls set up in the promenade's leisure area.
Eight local restaurants and ten producers from Castelló Ruta de Sabor are participating in this event. Visitors can taste prawn-based tapas with prices ranging from 4 to 12 euros, an initiative that coincides with the Prawn Cuisine Days.
In addition to the gastronomic offerings, the festival features two stages with live music, DJ sessions, and activities such as live cooking demonstrations. The collaboration of the Benicarló Hospitality School is also key to the event's success, which was inaugurated with the presence of representatives from the Generalitat and the municipal corporation.
