The Civil Guard has arrested an individual suspected of a forceful theft at an agricultural farm in Alcalà de Xivert, recovering a rototiller that had been sold in Benicarló.

The Civil Guard has arrested an individual as the alleged perpetrator of a forceful theft committed on an agricultural farm in the municipality of Alcalà de Xivert. The operation began after a complaint was filed by the affected party, who reported the theft of various machinery, implements, and agricultural tools from inside their property.
Following these events, the ROCA Team of the Civil Guard in Vinaròs, specialized in the prevention and investigation of crimes in rural areas, initiated an investigation to clarify what had happened and identify those responsible.
As a result of the efforts made, agents managed to recover a stolen rototiller, whose ownership was recognized by the victim. The inquiries determined that this machine had been sold in the town of Benicarló, which was key to the progress of the investigation.
Consequently, a person was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the theft. The proceedings have been placed at the disposal of the Dean's Office of the Courts of Vinaròs.
