The La Vital shopping center in Gandia will host a new blood donation campaign on June 11th, 12th, and 13th, aiming to boost blood reserves for the Valencian Community.

The initiative, organized in partnership with the Valencian Community Transfusion Center, seeks to ensure sufficient reserves for surgeries, emergencies, and medical treatments. According to the center, a single donation can benefit up to three people.
Donations will take place in two mobile units located next to the shopping center, on Ramón y Cajal street. The hours will be from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM on June 11th and 12th, and from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on June 13th. Participation is open to anyone meeting the usual donation requirements, with no prior appointment needed.
The Transfusion Center reminds the public that donation is a safe and quick procedure, crucial for ensuring the availability of blood components in the healthcare system.
As a token of appreciation, donors will receive gifts and discounts on cinema tickets. Additionally, participants can enter a draw for 100 euros in shopping vouchers at the center by providing their details at the customer service point.
This campaign has become a regular event in Gandia and the Safor region, consistently receiving a positive response from citizens in previous editions, reflecting the area's commitment to health-related solidarity initiatives.
