The city of Gandia is facing the holiday weekend with an expected 90% hotel occupancy rate, consolidating its position as a preferred national destination.

Gandia is preparing to welcome a holiday weekend with an average hotel occupancy forecast of 90%, according to data from the Tourism Department. These figures solidify the city as a preferred national destination during these dates.
The city has had all beach services fully operational since March. This includes the rescue and lifeguard service, sand cleaning, access walkways, umbrella and sunshade infrastructure, as well as the beachfront hospitality offerings.
The "Gandia en el Mar" program offers activities for all audiences, with educational workshops and outdoor sports sessions, reinforcing the city's commitment to healthy and family-oriented leisure.
Furthermore, the tourism impact will be boosted by the "PuntaApunta" motorcycle tourism event by BMW Motorrad, which will bring hundreds of participants from across the country and have Gandia as the endpoint of the tour.
The Councilor for Tourism, Balbina Sendra, highlighted that these results are the outcome of a planning and quality strategy. She emphasized that "achieving 90% occupancy on these dates reflects our capacity to offer a fully prepared city, with 100% of beach services active and a top-tier annual agenda".
