In conjunction with the III Wind Festival taking place this weekend, an artisan market has been organized in El Grau de Castelló. A dozen local establishments will participate, offering items such as costume jewelry, accessories, children's products, as well as game areas and face painting.
The deputy mayor of El Grau, Ester Giner, explained that this meeting point aims to be an additional attraction for visitors and families. Meanwhile, the Councilor for Tourism, Arantxa Miralles, emphasized the importance of boosting local commerce.
The market will be set up in the aeroclub area, specifically in the space formerly occupied by the terrace of the old restaurant. The market hours will be from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, on both Saturday and Sunday.
Ester Giner highlighted the economic revitalization that begins "from the closest, from the shops and businesses of El Grau," which will be able to exhibit their products given the expected influx of thousands of visitors.
In addition to the commercial offerings from El Grau's businesses, there will also be stalls dedicated to selling merchandise for the Wind Festival and products for children, as noted by Arantxa Miralles.
The municipal government team reiterated its support for El Grau's commerce, as it does throughout the year, promoting campaigns such as Christmas, Halloween, or the Primavera Market, to foster economic revitalization and job creation.
Last year, the III International Wind Festival attracted nearly 50,000 people, showcasing its activities in a unique setting that includes the beaches, the promenade, and the aeroclub.
