Vila-real has hosted the 12th edition of the Geek Pride Days, an event that brought together hundreds of fans of geek culture at the Congress, Fair, and Meeting Center.

The event, organized by the Otakuonda Association with the collaboration of the City Council, offered a wide program of activities related to manga, anime, video games, and alternative entertainment. During the day, workshops, cosplay contests, gaming areas, and proposals for all ages were held.
The Councilor for Youth, Javier López, visited the event and learned firsthand about the development of the activities promoted by the organizing association.
The Geek Pride Days have established themselves as a key event for followers of this culture in Vila-real and its surrounding area. The initiative aims to provide a meeting space for hobbies related to manga, anime, video games, fantasy, and other forms of alternative entertainment.
The program included participatory activities and entertainment proposals aimed at both veteran fans and those interested in exploring this cultural field for the first time.
