Vila-real held an intense festive day this Thursday with activities dedicated to the elderly, social groups, and residents.

One of the most unique events was the gathering of individuals named Pasqual, Pasquala, and those with the surname Villarreal. Approximately fifty people with these first names and four with the surname Villarreal participated. The event recognized both the youngest participant, Pasqual Canós Monzonis (born September 1, 2024), and the oldest, Jose Pasqual Bellmunt Avellana (born March 8, 1925).
The festive program also included a fellowship lunch for the Association of Pensioners and Retirees La Murà, held at the restaurant Els XIII. The gathering was attended by the councilwoman for Senior Recognition and deputy mayor, Maria Fajardo, along with other municipal representatives. A commemorative gift was presented to each attendee.
Furthermore, the Fiestas councilwoman, Miriam Caravaca, accompanied by other municipal representatives, joined users from the Day Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities of Vila-real on a visit to an exhibition of bullfighting drawings organized for the festivities. This activity allowed participants to experience the exhibition up close.
