A public figure from the political and judicial sphere will visit Nules this Tuesday to participate in a new session of the Ágora Nules Conference Series, where she will lead a talk titled 'Caring for Democracy'.

The event, which will take place at the Multifunctional Venue, will begin at 7:00 PM and admission will be free until full capacity is reached. The conference will address fundamental issues related to justice, public ethics, and democratic values, aiming to foster debate and citizen participation.
The speaker, with a distinguished career as a labor lawyer, magistrate, and emeritus judge, served as mayor of Madrid between 2015 and 2019. She was also a member of the General Council of the Judiciary from 1996 to 2021, and has promoted various social projects aimed at improving access to justice and creating opportunities.
The Ágora Nules Series is an initiative promoted by the Nules City Council in collaboration with the Nules Business Association and UNED Castellón-Vila-real. Its main objective is to promote critical thinking and bring relevant national figures to the municipality.
The organization has highlighted that the program seeks to strengthen Nules' role as an active space in the cultural, civic, and social spheres, beyond its economic dimension.
