Onda hosted a new edition of the Unbroken Race this morning, bringing together over 300 athletes from various parts of Spain. The event has become one of the most established obstacle challenges on the national sports calendar.
The Councilor for Sports in Onda, José Vicente Iserte, positively assessed the day's proceedings, highlighting the event's impact: «Events like the Unbroken Race make Onda an attractive destination for sports tourism, boosting our local economy and demonstrating our capacity to host national-level competitions».
The organization designed two modalities to cater to different fitness levels. The 10KM Strong Race, aimed at intermediate and advanced participants, challenged runners to overcome more than 35 obstacles on a demanding course combining strength and agility.
Additionally, the 5KM Hike Race offered a low to intermediate level option, ideal for beginners. Participants in this category faced over 20 obstacles with a more recreational focus.
