The IX Onda Audiovisual Exhibition 'En Xicotet' has crowned Cólera by José Luis Lázaro as the best short film, solidifying its role as a cultural benchmark.

This event, held at the Casa de la Cultura in Onda, brought together professionals, creators, and the public throughout the weekend, highlighting its role as a showcase for Valencian audiovisual talent.
This edition's awards also recognized Pálpito, by Marisa Crespo and Moisés Romera, as the best short film in Valencian. The audience award went to Quemar al padre, by Rafa Piqueras, which featured the participation of a local actor.
In the acting category, Lorena López won the award for best actress for Pordentro, by Álvaro G. Company and Mario Hernández. The best actor award was shared by Manuel Canchal and Jorge Motos, both for their performances in Cólera. Additionally, the jury granted a special mention to Pobre Marciano, by Álex Rey, for its originality.
