LaLiga has accepted the yellow club's request to play the first three matchdays as visitors. The first opportunity to see the team at home will be on September 6th, in the fourth round, against RC Deportivo de A Coruña at the remodeled Estadio de La Cerámica.
Following the initiative from the 2025-2026 season, La Liga will again hold a Retro matchday in the 2026-2027 campaign. The Vila-real team will play this special round on April 11th, hosting Athletic Club at La Cerámica.
The season for Iñigo Pérez's team will conclude away from home. The last league match will be played at Anoeta, against Real Sociedad, corresponding to matchday 38.
