The incident, published this Sunday by the newspaper 'Mediterráneo', has resulted in two complaints filed with the Civil Guard. One complaint was lodged by the woman who, according to footage recorded by neighbors, appears to be the sole attacker. The other complaint comes from the car's driver, who is seen in the video receiving punches and hair pulls.
Sources from the Civil Guard have confirmed that both women have filed complaints, as the woman appearing as the aggressor also claims grounds to do so. According to the same sources, this is a personal matter with a history, as the protagonists knew each other and had "previous incidents" that led to the outburst of violence.
Initially, the Local Police of Almassora intervened in the incident and confirmed the events. However, as of Monday, they will not be making further statements on the matter.
The footage of the incident shows a woman opening the car door and kicking the driver, who is caught by surprise in the seat. Subsequently, the young woman grabs the victim by the hair and punches her twice in the face, attempting to force her out of the vehicle. The victim manages to resist and remain inside the car until a man intervenes to stop the assault. Another neighbor arrives, and between the two, they manage to restrain the aggressor.
