Developer TM Grupo Inmobiliario has completed the structural base of TM Tower in Benidorm, the future tallest residential building in the EU, which will stand at 230 meters and 64 floors.

Benidorm is preparing to add a new skyscraper to its skyline. Developer TM Grupo Inmobiliario has completed the structural base of TM Tower, which will be the tallest residential building in the European Union. This project will reach 230 meters in height and comprise 64 floors, surpassing the iconic Złota 44 in Warsaw.
The Alicante-based company has finished the ground floor slab, a milestone marking the beginning of the building's vertical growth phase. The tower, located opposite Poniente Beach in Benidorm, will feature 260 homes and over 10,000 square meters of communal areas aimed at the premium residential segment.
With a global investment of 140 million euros, the project has seen strong international demand since its launch. According to data provided by the developer, 50% of the homes are already reserved, primarily by buyers from Poland and Spain, who account for nearly 68% of sales. The average acquisition price stands at 974,607 euros.
The foundation of TM Tower reflects the project's technical complexity. The base was constructed using 355 piles drilled to a depth of up to 16 meters, with a total of 5,319 cubic meters of concrete and 245 tons of steel used to ensure stability. The developer explains that the structure is designed to support approximately 85,000 tons, equivalent to 8.5 Eiffel Towers. This initial foundation phase alone represented an investment of nearly 2 million euros.
The vertical integration model employed by the company has also reduced market entry time by 10% and execution time by 11% compared to previous skyscrapers developed in the city.
TM Tower will include high-level amenities such as heated pools, wellness areas, sports facilities, a cinema room, and a panoramic sky bar on the 63rd floor, as well as an astronomical observatory. The tower is inspired by the organic shape of a marine coral and aims to become a new architectural landmark of the Mediterranean.
The CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, Pablo Serna, highlighted that the company has committed over 400 million euros to projects in Benidorm over the past decade, solidifying the city as a major international hub for residential tourism. With this new skyscraper, Benidorm will reinforce its long-standing commitment to vertical architecture and take over the European mantle from the symbolic Złota 44 in Warsaw.
