The Valencian chain Sweet Hoteles continues its growth in the Valencian Community with the announcement of new strategic incorporations in Marina Alta. These new openings consolidate the group as the hotel company with the largest presence between Dénia and Xàbia. The group, founded in 2014 by Luis Fernández and Sergio Navarro, anticipates a 40% growth in its turnover for the next fiscal year and will exceed 300 jobs generated since its creation.
Sweet Hoteles was born as an alternative hotel franchise concept, offering advantages without the traditional drawbacks. Currently, the company has evolved into a mixed model combining franchises, owned hotels, and leased establishments. The group totals over 700 beds and 10 hotels between its main brand Sweet Hoteles and Nommadas, its brand for 100% digitized hotels.
The chain announces three new incorporations in Dénia: two planned for this summer and a third for the end of the year. Two new Nommadas hotels, aimed at premium establishments with fewer than 25 rooms and fully digitized, will join the offering. Additionally, a new Sweet Hotel with around 40 rooms will open, which after the high season will undergo a comprehensive renovation to become a benchmark boutique hotel on the Costa Blanca.
Among the assets already integrated in Dénia are the Hotel Los Ángeles, managed through an Interim Management contract, and the Hotel Boutique RHYS Dénia. The company's growth plan now focuses on the purchase and rental of assets with high potential in strategic locations. Luis Fernández, CEO of Sweet Hoteles, states that the objective is to reach a portfolio of 20 hotels by 2028, seeking guesthouses and small hotels in premium locations in cities such as Madrid, Málaga, Sevilla, and Valencia.
