The Consell has approved the appointment of Román Ceballos as the new president of the Audiovisual Corporation of the Valencian Community, the public entity responsible for À Punt.

Román Ceballos has been designated the new president of the Audiovisual Corporation of the Valencian Community, the public company responsible for managing À Punt. The decision was approved by the Consell.
Ceballos succeeds Vicente Ordaz, who left the position in December 2025 to become the regional secretary of Communication. The new president brings over 30 years of experience in leading public and private entities, with notable expertise in organizational management, negotiation with administrations and social agents, and the implementation of strategic projects.
His professional profile is strongly linked to public and labor management. Ceballos holds a diploma in Labor Relations from the University of Valencia and a degree in Labor Sciences from UOC. During his tenure at the Generalitat Valenciana, he held positions such as Director General of Labor, Cooperativism, and Social Economy, Regional Secretary of Training and Employment, and Director General of Servef.
In the private sector, Ceballos served as Director of the Labor Area at KPMG Lawyers in the Valencian Community and as General Manager of the Stevedoring Company of the Port of Valencia-SAGEP. Additionally, he has worked as a trainer in business schools and universities.
