Valencia firefighters rescued a man this Saturday who fell on the port's breakwater, suffering a suspected leg fracture and becoming trapped among the rocks.

This Saturday midday, Valencia firefighters were mobilized to the port's breakwater after receiving a report that a person had fallen among the rocks and could not get out on their own.
Upon arrival, the man presented with intense pain in one of his legs. After assessment by paramedics, a possible fracture was suspected, leading to the immobilization of his leg to extract him from the predicament without causing further harm.
Firefighters devised a safe extraction and finally managed to rescue him from the rocky area, transferring him to the ambulance. He was subsequently evacuated to La Fe Hospital.
Members of the National Police Corps also participated in the rescue.
