The Provincial Council of Valencia released this Friday on its website the provisional results of the selection process for filling 66 administrative positions. The single test took place on June 20th at the facilities of the University of Valencia.
This process, corresponding to the public employment offers for the years 2023 to 2026, proceeded without significant incidents. It saw the participation of 3,190 candidates, approximately 50% of the 6,390 individuals who submitted applications.
The tests, comprising a theoretical and a practical part, have allowed for agile progress. Once the objection period concludes and final scores are published, successful candidates will be appointed as permanent civil servants.
Furthermore, the process will establish a job pool of approximately 1,390 candidates who did not secure a position, ranked by their scores. This pool will not only serve the Council's own needs but can also be made available to municipalities and other local entities within the province, particularly aiding in filling positions in towns with less capacity to organize their own selection processes.
The examination organization mobilized over 120 individuals, including support staff, security, maintenance, printing, and support services, in addition to the Council's medical services. This ensured the proper execution of one of the most highly participated public employment calls in recent years.
“"The future job pool will be a very valuable tool to strengthen collaboration with the province's municipalities, especially the smaller ones, facilitating their access to qualified personnel when needed, while attending to the appropriate legal procedures."
