Marina Port Valencia has opened Marina City, its interior marina, as part of an ambitious project to link the port with the city, progressing in phases.

Marina Port Valencia has opened the doors of Marina City, its new interior marina, located in the most sheltered area of the port. This opening coincides with the start of the summer season and marks another step in the execution of its transformative project, which aims to connect the port with the city.
Marina City has been designed to accommodate vessels ranging from 12 to 130 meters in length. The facility features a central pontoon offering berths starting from 15 meters, available for both sale and rental for periods of 10, 15, or 20 years. 24-hour security, fuel supply, and parking are among the services provided.
In parallel, at Marina Norte, a new restaurant will be inaugurated in the facilities of the former Panorama. The company describes the new space as "a unique and exclusive enclave that aims to become a gastronomic benchmark".
Also at Marina Norte, the construction of new buildings for business activities will commence. Marina Port Valencia intends to host leading companies and foster a networking environment for talent and innovation. The complete realization of the plan will take several years, but the phased approach will allow citizens to progressively discover new public-use spaces.
The landscape project, designed by GM Paisajistas in coordination with the ERRE architecture team, is key to the integration. Gustavo Marina's team has conceived a "large green ribbon" that will connect the different marinas (Marina Norte, Marina City, and Marina Sur) and will serve as a pedestrian and cycling route, thanks to its Mediterranean vegetation. "Through this project, Marina Port Valencia unites the city with the sea," highlight its promoters.
