The Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) will host tomorrow, May 7, the ninth edition of the Magistrals program, where the 25 best secondary school teachers from the Valencian Community will be recognized at an event on the Gandia Campus.

This program, which values teaching excellence, distinguishes professionals from ESO, Baccalaureate, and vocational training cycles. First-year UPV students propose the candidates, acknowledging those teachers who have made a decisive impact on their academic and personal trajectories through their dedication, mastery of the subject, approachability, involvement, and motivational skills.

"It will be a very special event, given our close relationship with secondary education through the University Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teacher that is taught from our campus."

With this initiative, the UPV strengthens its bond with secondary school teachers, not only recognizing their commitment and teaching vocation but also dignifying a key profession for society and highlighting its essential role in the formation of new generations.
The program has brought together teachers from across the Valencian Community, from Vinaròs to Elda, with diverse profiles teaching both technical subjects and humanities in public, subsidized, and private centers. The awards ceremony will take place at 6:00 PM in the Aula Magna of the Gandia Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia and will feature the participation of Fran Tudela, known as Cabrafotuda.
