This weekend, outdoor plans in the Comunitat Valenciana will be marked by a summer atmosphere. According to the forecast from the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), maximum temperatures will rise, reaching or exceeding 30 degrees in the three provincial capitals before instability returns to the region.
Saturday will begin with mostly clear skies and high cloud intervals. The rise in maximum temperatures will be widespread, although slightly less pronounced in the interior of València. Minimum temperatures will increase in northern Castellón and remain stable elsewhere. The wind will be variable, tending towards east and south components in the afternoon, with occasional intensity increases in southern Alicante.
The forecasted temperatures for Saturday are: València (low 17°C, high 30°C), Alicante (low 21°C, high 29°C), and Castellón (low 17°C, high 33°C).
Sunday will maintain a similar trend, with mostly clear skies and high clouds. However, afternoon convective cloud development is expected in the interior. Temperatures will see a slight generalized rise, exceeding 33°C in the interior of València. The wind will be light and variable, with a southeast component predominating at midday.
The forecasted temperatures for Sunday are: València (low 19°C, high 30°C), Alicante (low 21°C, high 29°C), and Castellón (low 18°C, high 32°C).
The weather change will arrive on Monday with cloudy intervals. In the afternoon, daytime cloudiness will increase, and showers are probable, occasionally accompanied by thunderstorms in the interior. With the arrival of rain, maximum temperatures will begin a notable decrease in Castellón, while in the rest of the region the drop will be slight. Minimum temperatures will continue to rise slightly.
The forecasted temperatures for Monday are: València (low 20°C, high 29°C), Alicante (low 21°C, high 29°C), and Castellón (low 20°C, high 30°C).
