Bombas Gens Centre d’Arts Digitals premieres this Thursday, June 11, the second edition of Media Server Sessions, a program dedicated to contemporary digital creation featuring prominent works from the Valencian Community.

The program, featuring four exclusive sessions on June 11, 18, and 25, and July 1, includes three immersive pieces and one virtual reality experience. These will be complemented by musical sets organized in collaboration with Festival Volumens, curated by Antonio J. Albertos (H4L9000), held in the garden of the Bombas Gens heritage site.
According to Mónica Pérez Blanquer, director of Bombas Gens Centre d’Arts Digitals, the program returns with a focus on digital creation from the Valencian Community, highlighting the vibrant creative moment in its digital art scene and immersive formats, and establishing itself as a hub for digital culture.
Three of the four presented works were selected through an open call by a jury comprising professionals from Bombas Gens Centre d'Arts Digitals, Festival Volumens, and Vitamin Studio. The program also includes the premiere of an invited piece produced by Vitamin Studio and presentations by each participating artist, collective, or studio, offering the audience insight into their creative processes.
Featured projects include Col·lapse by the collective Archivo Cero, an immersive piece exploring the dialogue between light, sound, and presence; Frontalidad Rota by Pablo Iglesias and Óscar Fernández (opiodelmono x oniriart), which uses a single typographic character to build an enveloping visual system; and Latido by digital artist Laureano Solis, an interactive VR experience blending root music, body, dance, and digital space, incorporating analog percussion sounds from Argentinian musician Nazareno Saavedra.
Vitamin Studio will premiere Matt3R II: The Architecture of Existence, a piece extending their exploration from the invisible to the almost tangible, featuring monumental geometries and architectural abstractions. As a new addition, the professional program expands with the TouchDesigner Meetup Valencia 2026 on June 30 and July 1, organized by Vitamin Studio and Bombas Gens Centre d’Arts Digitals in collaboration with LABA Valencia School of Art, Design & New Media.
