The public broadcaster À Punt has launched the first edition of the Children's Awards for Fogueres 2026, inviting the public to vote for the best children's bonfire.

The public broadcaster À Punt has opened voting for the first edition of the Children's Awards, coinciding with Fogueres 2026. Viewers of the television, radio, and website have the opportunity to choose their favorite children's bonfire, which presents a critical and childlike perspective on various themes.
Among the candidates is the Santo Domingo Foguera with "Discovering India," a tribute to the program 'Valencians pel món' showcasing a Valencian girl living in India. The Explanada Foguera presents "Lucentum: Pistes de llum per a una infància que mira, juga i cuida" (Lucentum: Light trails for a childhood that watches, plays, and cares), a proposal recreating the ancient city with elements of light, the Mediterranean, and imagination, guided by À Punt's Messenger of the Sun.
The Sant Blai de Baix Foguera offers "El peix a punt" (The fish ready), a wordplay adapting the world of communication and television content to the seabed. The Port d'Alacant Foguera, with "Impossible Flavors," focuses a scene on a chef inspired by 'La Cuina de Morera,' highlighting public television as an educational tool and transmitter of gastronomic culture.
Other candidates include the Francisco Albert Foguera with "A den of trash... or party?", where "Les Feretes d'À Punt" (À Punt's little beasts) criticize the reliance on screens in favor of tradition and street play. Finally, the Pla metal Foguera presents "Xino Xano," a scene celebrating À Punt's adventurous spirit with a child inspired by Eastern culture.
Voting will be open from June 20th at 10:00 AM to June 22nd at 10:00 AM. Participants can share their choices on social media to help their candidate bonfire win the children's awards.
