Traffic Delays and Obstacles on Alicante Roads Due to Several Accidents

Alicante province reports six fixed obstacles due to accidents on main roads like the A-70, A-31, and N-332, causing traffic jams and irregular circulation.

The General Directorate of Traffic has reported six fixed obstacles due to accidents on the roads of Alicante province, causing traffic jams and irregular circulation on routes such as the A-70, A-31, and N-332 during the morning of this Wednesday, May 13.

The main complications have been concentrated on the N-332, A-70, and A-31, due to accidents and fixed obstacles at various points on the road network. According to the DGT report, the incidents were recorded early in the morning.
On the N-332, traffic jams have been reported in Torrevieja, between kilometers 54 and 57.75, in both directions. There is also congestion near El Altet, between kilometers 95.58 and 93.98, in the direction of Cartagena. Additionally, fixed obstacles have been reported on the N-332 in Santa Faz (kilometer 110.822) and in La Marina (kilometer 78.805).
The A-70 also shows irregular circulation in several sections, with traffic jams between El Bacarot and Font-Calent (kilometers 23 to 20 in the direction of Valencia) and between Alicante and Font-Calent (kilometers 15 to 20 in the direction of Murcia). There are also problems in Santa Faz, between kilometers 13 and 11 in the direction of Valencia, and a fixed obstacle due to an accident in Font-Calent (kilometer 18.96).
Another affected point is the A-31, where the DGT has indicated an accident in the Partida de Vallonga area, with traffic jams between kilometers 230.5 and 232.857 in the direction of Alicante. Fixed obstacles due to accidents have been recorded in Vallonga and Font-Calent, in addition to another incident in La Estación.
Finally, on the AP-7, fixed obstacles have been detected in Rojales, Benijófar, Altea, and Coveta Fumà. In Altea, the incident at kilometer 641 has forced the closure of the right lane in the direction of Alicante. There are also warnings on the A-7, with obstacles in Altabix and Pla de Sant Josep, and on secondary roads such as the CV-86, CV-775, CV-831, and CV-70.
