Citizen security agents observed two men who, after handing money to a third individual, received a plastic package from him. Believing it to be an exchange of drugs for money, the officers proceeded to identify the individuals.
One of the involved parties told the officers they had arranged to buy narcotics from the man who had handed over the package. A search of the alleged seller revealed further plastic packages containing cocaine, hashish, and marijuana, as well as the money received.
Subsequently, suspecting that he might be storing more narcotics at his residence, a judicial warrant for entry and search was obtained. The premises yielded nearly 40 grams of cocaine, approximately 7.5 grams of tusi, 30 grams of hashish, 87 grams of marijuana, over 17,500 euros in fragmented banknotes, two precision scales, and multiple tools for preparing doses.
The detainee, following police procedures, has been handed over to the on-duty investigating courts of Alicante.
