The Conecta Leader project is holding its Spring Workshops in Vilafranca this Thursday, May 28th, bringing together over 20 rural entrepreneurs to foster collaboration and innovation.

The festival venue in Vilafranca will host, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Spring Workshops of the Conecta Leader project. This event is consolidating as one of the main in-person meetings of the year for the revitalization and cooperation of rural areas.
The workshop will feature the confirmed participation of over 20 entrepreneurs, professionals, and companies from various rural territories linked to the project. They will present their initiatives, share experiences, and explore new opportunities for joint collaboration.
The tourism and communication sectors will concentrate a significant portion of the expected participation, although diverse professional fields such as services, construction, technical profiles, and other economic activities linked to rural areas will also be represented.
The meeting is conceived as a space for networking, knowledge exchange, and synergy generation among entrepreneurs, companies, and entities that are part of the different working groups promoted by Conecta Leader.

"These workshops allow entrepreneurs and professionals from different municipalities to meet personally, share concerns, and find real cooperation avenues that help strengthen the rural economy."

Domingo Giner · President of GAL Maestrat Plana Alta
Domingo Giner, president of GAL Maestrat Plana Alta (the project's coordinating group), highlighted the growing interest that Conecta Leader is generating, with over twenty confirmed projects, among entrepreneurs seeking mutual support and opportunity creation from the territory.
One of the project's main objectives is to create useful connections between professionals from different sectors, fostering collaborations, joint projects, and new economic initiatives that help retain population and revitalize our towns.
During the workshop, some of the projects and services already being developed within Conecta Leader's thematic groups will be presented, particularly in areas related to tourism promotion, communication, and business cooperation. Registrations are open at conectaleader.es.
The Conecta Leader project, framed within the LEADER Cooperation Programme and co-financed by FEADER, the Generalitat Valenciana, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, aims to create alliances and joint projects to drive innovation, digitalization, sustainability, and quality tourism in rural areas.
Upcoming actions include the creation of rural entrepreneur working groups, the promotion of business alliances, resource sharing among SMEs, and the dissemination of best practices.
