The operation led to the seizure of 1,199 grams of marijuana, 1,681 grams of hashish, and 68 grams of cocaine. During the searches, officers also located an airsoft pistol with characteristics similar to a real firearm.
The investigation began after the Civil Guard found several photographs and videos showing an individual with various narcotic substances and valuable items. These images led officers to suspect that this individual might be involved in illegal activity related to drug trafficking.
The progress of the investigation allowed for the identification of two homes potentially linked to drug dealing. Based on this line of inquiry, on May 12, both residences, one in Llíria and the other in la Pobla de Vallbona, were simultaneously searched.
Inside the homes, the Civil Guard seized nearly three kilograms of substances, including marijuana, hashish, and cocaine. Specifically, officers apprehended 1,199 grams of marijuana, 1,681 grams of hashish, and 68 grams of cocaine, in addition to the aforementioned airsoft pistol.
Three men, aged 26, 55, and 54, all of Spanish nationality, have been arrested for these acts. Furthermore, a fourth man, aged 40, is under investigation for his connection to the operation.
The arrested individuals are accused of crimes against public health, specifically drug trafficking, money laundering, and illegal possession of weapons. The operation is part of the fight against drug dealing hotspots in the province of Valencia, focusing this time on two municipalities in El Camp de Túria.
During the investigation, officers also discovered that one of the detainees was driving a vehicle without a license. Consequently, he has also been charged with a crime against road safety.
The investigation was carried out by agents from the main post of la Pobla de Vallbona, who conducted inquiries leading to the identification of the properties allegedly involved in drug dealing and the subsequent searches.
The proceedings were submitted to the Civil and Instruction Section of the Court of Llíria, Plaza número 8, according to information provided by the Civil Guard.
