Researchers from the UMH's IDiBE will conduct a human intervention study to verify if regular consumption of VASCUFLEX® contributes to improving vascular comfort parameters, circulatory function, and participants' quality of life. The project, led by the Design and Development of Bioactive Molecules research group, aims to provide scientific evidence on the product's potential benefits.
The research contract, signed by the UMH Vice-Rector for Research and Transfer, Ángel Carbonell, and Bechinatural Nutrition administrator, Francisco Javier Galdeano, primarily aims to provide a solid scientific basis for VASCUFLEX®. The company seeks to meet the growing demand for natural solutions backed by research.
Researcher María Herranz López will coordinate the study, which will analyze the evolution of indicators related to vascular well-being to determine if the supplement can help reduce feelings of heaviness or fatigue in the legs. UMH and Bechinatural Nutrition aim to obtain scientific information on the product's impact.
This collaboration between the university and the company exemplifies knowledge transfer, combining academic expertise with the company's innovation capacity. The study falls within an area of growing interest, linked to nutrition, bioactive compounds, and vascular health, addressing real societal needs.
