The act, held outside the provincial institution's doors, served as a show of rejection for this event and as a gesture of support and solidarity towards the victim's family and loved ones. A minute of silence was also observed at the main entrance of the Diputación's various workplaces.

The provincial institution recalled the telephone services available for women experiencing gender violence. These include the Information line 016, Emergency line 112, Psychological Support line 024, and the Generalitat Valenciana's 24h Centers at 900 580 888.
